eSports took one step closer to the big leagues today with the Entertainment and Sports Programming Network(ESPN) staking a claim to a piece of the growing eSports pie with the launch of dedicated gaming section of the ESPN website. ESPN eSports cover professional gaming. It will display news, original reporting, videos and profiles about influential members from the global eSports community not just North America.
