The Celebration continues for FLOW Jamaica, as they roll out more improvements for the 1 million customers as noted in How Flow Jamaica celebrated 1 million customers with a 99 cents FAM Plan.

Their celebrations haven’t gone without some hiccups, as their entire Network, Mobile, Fixed line and Broadband Network, went down between Friday September 2nd and Saturday September 3rd 2016.

FLOW Jamaica, however, was quick to issue a PSA (Public Service Announcement) via both Traditional and Social Media, with these Tweets from their @FLOWJamaica Twitter account as evidence.

So clearly, they’re on the case like Matlock to solve the technical problem that crippled their entire Network.

Most likely, it was due to a traffic gateway fault caused by the crushing amount of Data and Voice Traffic that was flowing through both their Mobile, Fixed line and Broadband Network during the Panama vs Jamaica match on Friday September 2nd 2016.

Not to mention people calling foreign to get money for back to school as well as sharing pictures of their Lunch food, which basically explains the FLOW Mobile outage!

Finally, kids trying to watch the last set of cartoons, including Pinky and the Brain on the FLOW Horizon Network, may have also been a factor, as it’s a known fact that they’ve been trying to take over the world.

If it’s any comfort, FLOW Jamaica’s got 1 million problems but the Panama vs Jamaica and FLOW Skool Aid wasn’t one, as the kids are all set for School.

Not to mention free medical, dental and optical exams!
