Jamaicans, NCB (National Commercial Bank) has entered the 21st century.
On Friday August 12th 2016 at 2 a.m. in the morning, they launched their Quisk Mobile money platform, based on the word of a very reliable source who has their finger of the situation.
They now join JCCUL (Jamaica co-operative Credit Union League) and Mozido Jamaica’s product JCUES JCUES (Jamaica Credit Union e-Payment Services) that was technically firs having launched back in June 2012 as pointed out in JCUES Mobile Money brings Cashless Society to the Unbanked as NCB debuts Cheque munching ATM Machine!
This is the same Mobile Money provider whose product I’d reviewed at NCB’s inaugural Digital Tech Symposium at the Terra Nova Hotel on Wednesday April 20th 2016 as laid out in How Quisk Mobile Wallet impressed at inaugural NCB Digital Tech Symposium. They had been granted approval back in May 2016 and are now rolling out their service, NCB Quisk.
