Tech tutorials, howtos and walkthroughs

Hello. My Name is Lindsworth! Welcome to my article that I’d like to call “Fun with Statistics”, featuring the ongoing Smartphone War brought to you by ComScore! According to stats from analyst ComScore for the period March to May 2013, Apple and Samsung are still battling it out in the US of A for top Smartphone Brand honours.

Both Samsung and Apple have gained, however, making the battle for smartphone supremacy being clearly between the two of them, with Apple being slightly ahead. All the other smartphones in terms of Brand and Operating System are showing a decline since February 2013, the last time ComScore did their Stats.

Apparently it’s a Google Android and Apple iOS World out there. Samsung’s Tizen OS, Canonical’s Ubuntu OS and Mozilla Foundations Firefox OS as mentioned in Samsung’s Tizen OS launched to partake in Apple and Google’s App Economy are gonna face a serious uphill battle if such big Brand names are crumbling under pressure from these smartphone juggernauts! Worse they have to go up against established heavyweights such as Google Android and Apple iOS that’s already seeking to infiltrate the Home Appliances and Automobile World!

In terms of Operating Systems, it’s the overwhelming crowd favourite among Americans, Google Android, now gearing up to debut Google Android 4.4 aka KitKat as stated in Google Android 4.4 is now KitKat as Nestle-Google Secret Deal makes Android the first Product Placement OS. This is not only the favourite in the US but Globally as well, thanks to the sheer number of low-end and high-end smartphones running Google Android OS.
